Destination Management Companies (DMC's) can provide customised incentive tours, conference programmes and supplementary events. DMC's can handle entire packages or certain aspects only, as you prefer.
DMC's take care of accommodation, reserving congress space, transportation, lunches and dinners, theme parties, company visits, guides, conference assistants and outings within Helsinki as well as farther afield, such as St. Petersburg, Lapland and the Baltic countries.
